My love of Perfectly Posh could not be contained so I decided to start an all new blog. Perfectly Posh is a line of pampering products (Think Bath & Body Works or LUSH but sooo much better!) Can’t Leave The House Without It

I am obsessed with Perfectly Posh’s The Healer Skin Stick. I once accidentally forgot it on the coffee table before I went to work and I was irritated all day that I didn’t have it by my side. You wouldn’t think typing all day would dry out your hands but it does!! So I rub this stick on my cuticles a few times a day and I get a whiff of the lovely orange creamsicle fragrance                                                                                            . 

I haven’t had any children yet, but I still have some not so sexy stretch marks. After I saw some pictures of before and afters of other gals I’ve now been applying it to my tummy a few times a week and the pink lines are fading a bit. I’ll keep it up and hopefully have results like this :

My dog is cuter than yours

I was doing a little cleaning out of my inbox yesterday and stumbled upon photos of my dog when he was just 8 weeks old. These pictures made me realize I had to have him! Cuteness overload am I right?

 

Review – I’m Turning Blueberry Facemask

 

My delivery of Perfectly Posh just came in and the first product that caught my eye was the I’m Turning Blueberry Facemask. First of all the packaging is super cute and instantly makes you think of Willy Wonka (which was obviously Posh’s goal) The smell is amazing! Not too sweet. More like a fresh basket of blueberries. 

I didn’t smell any yogurt actually, it was just all blueberry. I left this on for about 15 minutes and I swear on my dog Butters my face has NEVER felt this soft. I even washed my face after with my BFF cleanser to make sure the softness wasnt a film on my face and nope it was still so baby soft! This is the 5th mask I’ve tried from Perfectly Posh and it is my favorite so far. There are even blueberry seeds in the mask so you can exfoliate when you go to rinse it off. Hooray for Fall!

Ok no its not quite Fall yet, although I wish it was because it almost 10 o’clock at night and its still in the mid 90’s here in Cali. The new Perfectly Posh Fall/Winter catalog has arrived!!! There are about 40 new products and I cant wait to snatch some up (Ok more than just some..) They also have new starter kits for anyone who signs up to be a rep in August. I started with Posh thinking I would just be a “Kit Napper” (someone who buys a kit without really selling) since you get about $250 worth of products for just $99 and that maybe my mom or sisters would buy a lotion now and again, well it turns out that I’m not alone in my addiction to all things Posh because as soon as I started using it around people they wanted to know “what smells so good?” and where they could get it. Butterfly Puppy

So as you have probably surmised by now I am pretty obsessed with my dog which also makes it obvious I don’t have kids. Not that I have anything against those smelly little beings, I just don’t feel like enough of a grown up yet to take the leap and become a PARENT.

Whenever I’m out and about with Butters I get asked what breed he is. When I say Paillon I always get the HUH?? look. Papillons is French for Butterfly after their beautiful butterfly wings like ears. The hair can be super long too if your dog is show quality aka super expensive. Butters is just ACA registered, which really means nothing except hes probably not wining any Purina Dog Shows any time soon and I didn’t have to sell all my worldly possessions in order to get him.

Papillons are almost always on the top 10 list of smartest dog breeds. Which also means he needs constant attention. My boyfriend has taught him no less than 25 tricks and he absolutely loves to learn them. This is not the kind of dog that will sleep all day and just live to eat and poop.

Papillons were popular in Europe beginning in the 15th century. Marie Antoinette is said to have walked to the guillotine clutching her small dog under her arm. Here are a few examples of people who are dead now who had Papillons

 

So why a Papillon? Furthermore why a Papillon as my first dog? My boyfriend did his research to see which dog breeds got along well with cats and Papillons were always around the top of the list. We didn’t wanna get a dog and then never see our cats again because they were being harassed  by this new addition.

Butters just turned 3 years old on the 4th of July and everyday he makes me so happy and pisses me off all the the same time. Hes a real handful but hes also my partner in crime. Were attached at the hip. So in my experience if  you’re in the market for a low maintenance dog, than a Papillon is not for you. But if you want a dog that does more than just lick his butt all day get yourself a “Butterfly” dog 🙂

AGT… Are you watching?

I feel like I’m the only one I know who is excited every summer for the NBC show Americas Got Talent. I’m not really into any of the other competition shows. The Biggest Loser just depresses me since I usually eat whilst watching TV and watching someone almost pass out from running 12 miles on a treadmill really takes the joy out of eating a king size snickers. I’d only watch the voice to see what crazy outfit Christina Aguilera was wearing so I just cut out the middle man and started following her on Instagram.
